Why do I have to register?

By registering you will be allowed to log on to the system in order to see the status of your order.  Additionally, your address will be saved, so you will only have to confirm it when placing orders in the future.

Why am I automatically logged off after placing an order?

In some cases, the transmission of your order can take some time.  Due to security reasons you will be logged off after the order has been sent successfully.  Therefore you can be at ease with the knowledge that your order and computer are taking the proper precautions.

How can I change my user details?

In order to change your user details you will have to log on first.  Click on the Edit User button and from here you can alter your personal details . Should you want to change your password without logging in, you can click on “Forgot your password?” in the Login-Box on the left.  We will then send to you a new password to your registered e-mail account.

How can I request a new password?

Simply click on ‘Forgot your password?’ in the Login-Box on the left.  You will receive an e-mail with directions how to proceed.

Which payment methods are offered?

We offer a variety of debit & credit card options via our payment provider World Pay.

How much do you charge for shipping costs?

How quickly do you deliver photo products?

Where and how can I redeem my voucher?

Once you have downloaded the software and created your photo product, in the checkout section at the bottom of the page you will see a Gift Certificate box.  Please place your voucher code here.

Which file formats can I use?

Generally, the following file formats are supported in the RGB colour space: JPEG (JPG), TIFF, BMP, PNG, GIF.

How can I define a separate shipping address?

When placing your order click on ‘Edit User’ and this will give you the option to alter the shipping address.

Which are the system requirements for the software?

It is taking a long time to upload my images

This is usually due to issues with a users internet connection speed.  Remember large images can take time to upload, particularly if your internet connection is slow.

Do you ship photo products overseas?

Yes, please opt for Airsure in postal options at checkout.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

I am having problems with the software

This may be because your screen resolution is set too low.  Increase your screen resolution and you should no longer experience problems with the software.

Can I make a photo book on a Note Book or iPad?

Unfortunately we do not have this facility at present.

How many pages are in our photo book?

+

It depends how many pages you need.  Pagination ranges between 26 – 102 pages, in 4 page steps.

There is a small yellow warning triangle appearing on some of my images

This just warns you that the image quality is not 100% perfect.  Often these images were taken using mobile phones.  A red triangle indicates the images are not of high enough quality to print.
